No. We operate across ecommerce, software, marketing services, recruiting, content, brand strategy, ads, retention, and operations. Ecommerce gets the most airtime because that's where the buyer journey is the most legible. but the same operating model applies anywhere there's a marketing layer, an ops layer, and a payback cycle. SaaS, creator brands, marketplaces, and brick-and-mortar going digital all fit.

Two reasons. One: it forces us to use our own playbooks under real-money conditions, which surfaces every gap. Two: it gives us the receipts. We're not selling you a strategy we've never tested. every framework we offer has been pressure-tested on a brand we own.

Four models, depending on what fits: fixed-fee build (you pay, you own), revenue share (we share upside, lower upfront), talent management (we operate the brand end-to-end for a defined term), or retainer (monthly engagement for ongoing work). We pick the model with you on the scoping call. Engagement details, scope, and terms are confirmed in the proposal. not on a public page.

Only on the talent management and revenue-share models, and only when we believe in the brand strongly enough to take the bet. Fixed-fee and retainer engagements are cash-only.
