The operator's operator.
Relay Digital is a marketing and business development team that embeds with operators across ecommerce, software, influencer growth, and portfolio operations. We bring senior craft, agentic execution, and the receipts of having run the businesses we now help you scale.
Four operating principles.
Operators, not vendors
We embed inside the business and ship under your banner. No client-vendor distance, no agency overhead.
Senior craft only
No junior outsourcing. The principal who scoped your engagement is the principal who ships it.
AI-native execution
Orchestrator + sub-agent stacks compress mechanical work ~10×. Humans stay on the judgment calls.
Receipts before promises
We run our own portfolio companies. Every framework we sell has been tested on a brand we own.
Why we operate our own businesses.
We started Relay because we kept watching outside agencies make recommendations they had never tested themselves. The advice was theoretical. The accountability ended at the invoice.
So we built our own brands and products, and used our operating playbook on them first. Every framework you see on this site has been pressure-tested on a business we own. The receipts are real; we just don't name names.
That means when you work with us, you're not buying a strategy deck. You're buying an operator team that's already been in your seat.
The fuller, less-polished version: a lot of incredibly talented founders run extraordinary businesses without ever building the operating layer underneath. They're world-class at one thing — building, selling, fundraising, performing — and missing the operational layer entirely. They can ship a product or close a round. They can't codify a workflow, install a system, or design the connective tissue between functions. The result is the same every time: smart people stuck doing manually what should have been a process.
And they kept asking us to come in and just fix it. Systems install. Workflow redesign. Make the business run without the founder in every loop. After enough of those conversations, formalizing Relay around that work was the obvious move.
That's the entire reason this company exists.
