Privacy Policy

Last updated June 15, 2026. How Relay Digital collects, uses, and protects information. Use the section index to skip ahead.

TL;DR

We collect the minimum we need to run discovery calls, ship engagements, take payments, and send the occasional update. We don't sell your data. We don't run cross-site ad networks. We aren't in the data brokerage business — we're in the operations business.

Who we are

Relay Digital ("Relay," "we," "us") is an operations consulting company. Headquartered in Alberta, Canada, with team distributed across Calgary, Toronto, Edmonton, Seattle, Scottsdale, and Willemstad. Contact: support@relaydigital.agency.

What we collect

Three buckets.

  • Stuff you give us. Name, email, company, role, project details — anything you type into our discovery questionnaire, contact form, or send us by email.
  • Stuff your browser sends. Pages viewed, referring URL, device + browser info, IP address, approximate city-level location. Standard server logs and first-party analytics.
  • Stuff our partners forward. If you book a call through our calendar partner or pay through Stripe, those services hand us limited account info (your name, email, payment confirmation — not your card number).

What we do with it

  • Respond to your inbound and run discovery / scoping / proposal.
  • Deliver the engagement you've contracted with us.
  • Send proposals, invoices, and support emails.
  • Improve the site (aggregate analytics only — never individual tracking).
  • Send the occasional product or playbook update — but only if you've opted in.

Cookies (the boring ones)

Small cookies for session continuity and aggregate analytics. That's it. No cross-site tracking pixels, no ad networks, no retargeting. Disable cookies in your browser if you want — the site mostly still works, but some things (e.g. the calendar booking embed) might not.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your info. We share it only with:

  • Service providers. Hosting, analytics, calendar, payments, email delivery. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.
  • Operators on your project. The Relay team members assigned to deliver your engagement. Bound by confidentiality.
  • The law. When required by valid legal process, court order, or to protect rights / safety.
  • A successor. If Relay is ever acquired, your info transfers under the same protections in this policy.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to run the engagement and meet legal / tax obligations. Default retention is the active engagement plus seven (7) years. You can request deletion any time, subject to those legal minimums.

How we protect it

Standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — scoped access, encrypted transit and storage where applicable, least-privilege vendor agreements. No system is bulletproof. If we see a breach that affects you materially, we'll tell you as fast as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your info. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

How to exercise them: email support@relaydigital.agency. We verify the request, then respond within the time frame your jurisdiction requires (typically 30 days).

International transfers

We operate from the United States and Canada. If you access us from elsewhere, your info may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose data laws differ from your home country's.

Kids

Our services are for businesses and operators. We don't knowingly collect info from anyone under 16. If you believe a child sent us something, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always here with a fresh "Last updated" date. Material changes get flagged at the top of this page.
